Bering's customer service team have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions by customers. To make answering your question easier, we've broken out our FAQ's by the following:
Q. When will my order ship?
A. We process orders Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Standard delivery is 7 to 10 business days. Express delivery is 2 to 3 business days. If the item is not in stock we will contact you and let you know how long the estimated time of arrival will be.
Q. How can I check on my order?
A. Go to My Bering's and check your order status. If it has been shipped, you can track your order with the tracking number.
Q. What if I need to change or cancel my order?
A. Call us at 1-800-BERINGS or email and we’ll be happy to help.
Q. Do I have to pay tax on my purchases?
A. We do not charge tax on items being shipped outside of Texas.
Q. What types of payment do you accept for online purchases?
A. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Bering's Gift Cards. Please be sure to enter your billing information, including phone number, as it appears on your charge account records to avoid delays in processing.
Q. What is a bridal gift card?
A. A bridal gift card is often sent to registered brides in lieu of merchandise when the item is either out of stock or not a stocked item. Brides are happy to receive these and it is often noted on their registry.
Q. How do I access my registry on-line?
A. Please do not attempt to create a registry online if you have already created it in one of our stores. Doing so will create duplicate registries. If you have an existing registry account that you created in the store or on our previous website, you must first create a new “My Bering’s” account on our new website, and then contact us via email or by calling 1-800-237-4647 to give us your registry number and the exact email address you used to create your account. The new information you provide will be linked to your existing registry. Your registry will be available for viewing and purchasing immediately and you will have access to add items and edit your registry within a few hours. Please allow us time to update your registry information and we will send you a confirmation email, stating that your registry is live for editing. Once a registry is available on the website, it can be accessed through the REGISTRY link above. If you create a brand new registry on-line, it is available for you immediately and for your guests on the next business day.
Q. Do you sell Bering’s Gift Cards?
A. Yes, we do! They are for sale on our website and in our store locations in any denomination.
Q. Where can I use my Bering’s Gift Card?
A. They are easy to use in either Bering’s location or www.Berings.com
Q. How do I check my Bering’s Gift Card balance?
A. Go to My Bering’s and check your balance or ask an associate to check it at the store.
Q. How do I report a Bering’s Gift Card lost or stolen?
A. Please call us at 1-800-BERINGS and we may be able to help.
Q. Are my transactions secure?
A. All transactions completed over the Internet with Berings.com are conducted on our SSL secure server. This means that any information you send is encrypted so that only Bering's can read it.
Q: Why is there more than one coffee club?
A: In order to receive a free tenth pound of coffee, your tenth pound must be of equal value than the previous 9 pounds. If the tenth pound is different than the previous nine, a new "card" is created. Don't worry! You haven't lost any claims and you can still claim your free tenth pound when you purchase another that is of equal value than the previous nine.
