The Santoku is originally a Japanese version of a utility knife. Translated, it means “The Three Virtues”; it is equally suitable for meat, fish and vegetables. Thanks to the wide blade, the Santoku is particularly easy to handle. Combines a traditionally Japanese handle of black plywood with a razor-sharp blade made of 37 layer stainless Damascus steel, characterized by a beautiful grain. The extremely high-impact core consists of the high-performance VG-10 steel. 4.9 oz, 6.8″ blade, 11.7″ overall length.
