No need to baste the meat during cooking, the steam circulates naturally thanks to the lid. Place your chicken in the Roaster then add chopped vegetables or potatoes around the sides: the meat will be moist and the vegetables succulent.

Tips: Brine your turkey- Brining the turkey will ensure a juicier, more well-seasoned bird. Brine for 12-14 hours in a solution of 1 gallon of water and 1/2 cup of sea salt.
Reserve the liquid in the bottom of the Roaster to make a gravy.
Don’t throw anything away, save the giblets and carcass to make turkey stock.
