Ordering

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Bering’s Gift Cards. We also accept Paypal and Affirm as alternate payment methods. Please be sure to enter your billing information, including phone number, as it appears on your charge account records to avoid delays in processing.

Go to “Account” then “orders”, if you are logged in and previously created an account. If you do not have an account and checked out as a guest, you will receive an email containing the tracking information once the order has shipped.

We process orders Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Standard delivery is 7 to 10 business days. If the item turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you and let you know how long the estimated time of arrival will be.

All custom or personalized items are excluded.

Coupons cannot be used on previous purchases.

If the item(s) you are purchasing are eligible for store pick-up, upon checkout, once you enter your billing details, the store pick up options will appear for selection.

You have 14 days to collect your order once it is ready. If it is not picked up within this window, your order will be cancelled/refunded. *

At this time, orders placed online through Registries do not allow store pick-up. Please contact your preferred pick-up location and request to speak with the Gift Shop to place the order over the phone.

Shipping & Returns

We do not offer expedited shipping on our website.

If you call one of our locations and ask to be directed to a department that sells the item you are interested in purchasing, an associate will be able to calculate expedited shipping and take the order over the phone.

At this time we do not ship internationally or to PO boxes.

If the manufacturer provided individual packaging, then you will receive it as well. We receive items in bulk from manufacturers. This means that sometimes we do not have each item individually boxed or have the original packaging, but we do securely wrap each item to insure safe arrival.

Items purchased on our site may be returned to either Bering’s Hardware locations or mailed to (please note, you are responsible for postage):

Please enclose your name, address, phone number, and order number as well as the reason for the return so that we can replace the item or credit your account. Please read our Return Policy for full details.

Upon checkout, once billing and shipping details are entered, the shipping cost will appear. Shipping cost varies depending on quantity and weight of item(s). We offer our own Bering’s Delivery Service for local zip-codes and UPS.

Registry/Gift Card

Orders placed online through Registries do not allow store pick-up. Please contact your preferred pick-up location and request to speak with the Gift Shop to place the order over the phone.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9Am to 5Pm.

Depending on how the Registrants set up their account, registry orders are processed by delivering the merchandise to the address on file or as registry credit. We offer our own Bering’s delivery service for local zip-codes and UPS.

If the Registry you purchased from prefers to receive credit in lieu of merchandise you will be refunded shipping after the order has been processed.

Upon checkout, right above the billing details please click “Add Gift Wrap and Enclosure Message”. You can also leave a message in the Order Notes section below the shipping details.

Please contact customer service if you would like to leave a message after you submitted your order.

Once you select an item to buy, another tab will open prompting you to mark the gift as purchased. If this does not occur, we highly encourage you to go back to the registry, via myregistry.com, after you placed the order and mark the item you selected as purchased. This is to insure the item is marked as purchased immediately, otherwise it will only be inputted once we manually process the orders.

Yes, we do! They are for sale on our website and in our store locations in fixed denomination. Just search the term “gift card” and the options will appear.

We only offer physical gift cards at this time that are shipped through UPS for tracking/insurance purposes.

They are easy to use in either Bering’s location or Berings.com

At this time, we do not have everything we sell available for purchase on our website. Some items are exclusive to our in-store locations and registries.
