The floodlight is designed to be mounted on a wall or a user-supplied pole, and no electrical wiring is required, just a few basic tools for mounting.
The fully self-sufficient Solar + LED Floodlight comes on at a user-selected level between 20 and 50% of peak, but jumps up to full power when motion is detected within 16 feet, such as a person walking by. The remote can be used to set the timer or to simply turn the light on and off. It takes ten hours of full sunlight for the solar panel to charge the lamp’s internal, 3.7V, 12Ah battery. Naturally, the floodlight is designed to be weather resistant and carries an IP65 dust and waterproof rating.
