When you’re looking for an earthy, woodsy feel, this is the barbecue rub for you.
Put together a blend of root vegetables (carrots, parsnips, onion, and potatoes, for example). Toss them with a little EVOO and Cuso’s Grass Barbecue Rub, and you have a winner’s dinner. Or, try it with smoked chicken breast.
