Email Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE STATES LISTED BELOW AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. MUST HAVE VALID EMAIL ADDRESS. STANDARD MESSAGE, DATA AND INTERNET ACCESS RATES MAY APPLY.
1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
The September Email Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on Wednesday September 22, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CST on Wednesday October 6, 2021. Bering’s Hardware’s Email Giveaway’s (“Administrator”) computer is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway. There will be one (1) drawing per email giveaway that will be held on Thursday October 7, 2021 2021 for entries received by the deadline.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to legal U.S. residents of AL (19 yrs. of age), AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MO, MS (21 yrs. of age), MT, NC, ND, NE (19 yrs. of age), NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, WY who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees and the immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee (whether or not related) of Sponsor, Administrator and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, marketers, dealers, advertising agencies, Web designers, and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any potential winner. Prizes won by individuals who are not of the age of majority under the laws of their state of residence (“minors”) shall be deemed to be awarded to the minor’s parent or legal guardian. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
Submit your first name, last name and email address on our Email Giveaway contest page. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON
4. WINNER SELECTION:
On Thursday October 7, 2021 there will be one random drawing from among all eligible entries received by Administrator. A potential winner will be notified by email.
5. PRIZE:
One prize valued at approximately $500 will be given away in the form of a digital e-gift card valid only at www.berings.com. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER EMAIL SUBSCRIBER. Bering’s e-gift card can be redeemed only or in-stores at one of our physical locations, and are subject to terms and conditions of the gift card.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of winners. Any attempt by you to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void your entry, and you may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Administrator, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, marketers, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, Web designers, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, claims and actions of any kind arising out of or resulting from participation in this Giveaway or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or other such benefit including, without limitation, claims based on death, publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate, lost, late, garbled, mutilated or illegible entries.
8. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, PRIVACY STATEMENT AND TERMS OF USE:
By participating in this Giveaway, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information to (1) contact you by e-mail for the administration of this Giveaway or to allow Sponsor or its select parties to contact you for promotional purposes, (2) better understand the Email Subscribers and help Sponsor tailor its communications to you and other Email Subscribers, and (3) combine it with other information from and about you. You acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy statement and terms of use. Sponsor and Administrator will not use or disclose your personal information for any other purpose other than what is stated in these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy statement without your consent. By submitting your email in this giveaway, you have voluntarily elected to receive (opt-in) communications from Sponsor about future promotions, which you may choose to opt-out of such communications at any time.
