Bering’s Big Green Egg Culinary BBQ Series continues with a Thanksgiving class that will cover all aspects of procuring, prepping and barbequing your turkey. We will introduce students to the concepts of Smoke Roasting the finer points of Egg setup. Whether cooking for two or the whole family, this class will offer Turkey recipes and options for everyone. Students will receive a Turkey guide complete with everything you need to plan and organize a thanksgiving feast.
1-4 people per table. Each table will be cooking on a Big Green Egg and will have the option of purchasing the BGE at a discounted price at the conclusion of class (one discount per table).

All students will receive recipes, guides and class notes.
Please note: Class will be held outside and social distancing rules will be in place. Masks are required for attendance.
