Fuego is the traditional Cuban garlic, pepper, oregano, parsley, turmeric, onion and paprika with a little spark as just enough cayenne pepper is in the blend. Just like the rest of the Tio Ernesto’s Sazon Cubano family, the emphasis on traditional seasonings and not salt, sugar and MSG.
Salt comprises less than 20% by weight and is < 3% RDA for sodium making Fuego a low sodium product….. a rarity in the seasonings market
