Big sound doesn’t always come in a big package — and the Turtlebox Cub in Tan is all the proof you need. Compact and capable, Cub delivers big sound in a cube-shaped design built for everyday pursuits — engineered for the outdoors and featuring Party Mode for infinite speaker pairing. At 5.3 lbs and a footprint small enough to toss in a bag, a cooler compartment, or a camp pack, the Cub is the speaker that goes everywhere without making a fuss about it — and then absolutely delivers when you get there.
Don’t let the compact dimensions fool you. With 118 decibels of sound, a powerful Class D digital amplifier, a 1.3″ titanium tweeter, and a 4.5″ woofer, the Cub punches well above its weight class. It’s the kind of speaker that surprises people the first time they hear it — especially once you realize it’s IP-67 waterproof in fresh and saltwater, buoyant, submersible up to 3 feet for 30 minutes, and 100% drop, crush, and dust-proof. This is Turtlebox-level ruggedness in the most portable form factor the brand has ever built.
Why you’ll love it:
- Party Mode™ with Infinite Pairing — pair as many Cubs, Rangers, Gen 3’s, and Grandes as you want for an immersive, scalable surround sound experience that grows with the crowd.
- True Wireless Stereo (TWS) — pair two Cubs in classic left/right stereo mode for a surprisingly full, directional listening experience out of a speaker this size.
- 14+ Hours of Battery Life — all-day power that keeps up with porch hangs, campsite setups, garage workouts, beach sessions, and every stop in between on a single charge.
- USB-C Device Charging & Built-In Microphone — charges your devices when you need it and handles hands-free calls so you never have to break from the moment.
- Stainless Steel Tie-Downs & Rubber Feet — purpose-built anchor points for strapping the Cub to boats, packs, ATVs, or anywhere else your day takes you.
- Bluetooth 5.4 with Touch Controls — fast, stable connectivity with intuitive topside touch controls for Party Mode, TWS, volume, and playback — all without picking up your phone.
