Fudgy Brownies, Katherine Whaley & Chris Wadley


  • 2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 3/4 Cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • Cooking Spray


Set up your EGG for indirect head at 325 degrees F. Coat a 9-by-13-inch pan with cooking spray. Melt chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until melted. Off the heat, whisk in 3/4 cup each light brown sugar and granulated sugar; cool slightly (allow at least 15 minutes to cool). Whisk in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Spread in the pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on a rack, then cut into squares. Decorate as desired!
